Instructions for assessment

After everyone submits their resume, you'll be randomly assigned two classmate resumes to review. 

In the "Assigned submissions to assess" area below you'll see a list of the submissions you are to evaluate. To begin the evaluation, click on the "Assess" button. 

Give the resume a grade for each aspect listed using the following criteria. 

  • 3 = Great, don't change a thing. 
  • 2 = Pretty close, but there's some development to do. 
  • 1 = This area is included in the resume, but is seriously underdeveloped. 
  • 0 = This section is not included in the resume. 

Please give detailed feedback in each "Comment" area. There's also a place to leave "Overall feedback" comments. Your classmates are relying on you to be fair and honest. If there's an area/section of the resume that needs attention, make sure the submitter knows. 

Assessments need to be complete by Saturday, October 26th.
